Summary:                    set_property(SOURCE ) not working for MASM assembly
files within Visual Studio 2014 generator
Description: 
the generator now adds definitions and compiler flags to the masm command.
Overwriting those parameters with SET_PROPERTY(SOURCE test.asm PROPERTY
COMPILE_FLAGS "my_asm_flags") and SET_PROPERTY(SOURCE test.asm PROPERTY
COMPILE_DEFINITIONS "my_definitions") is not respected
