[cmake-developers] Patch: Certificate files are not included in Windows Store projects

We do write the proper tag in the VCXProj file for the certificate file, but the file is not included in the project itself causing some failures. When I moved the certificates into their own category in the GeneratorTarget, the new category was never added to the VS10TargetGenerator when the sources get written.
