The 128x128 is now installed with the branch currently on stage (and
next):

    unix-icon-install

This also stops installing the files on Apple where, at least AFAIK, the
.desktop and other freedesktop.org files are never actually used. If
these files are important on Apple, please chime in (MacPorts and/or
homebrew? KDE or GNOME on OS X?).
