Summary:                    Allow a user to set project-wide attributes in Xcode
Description: 
Some options are very often used project-wide, e.g. LLVM_LTO or
DEBUG_INFORMATION_FORMAT.
CMake should allow to set them globally e.g. via set_propert(GLOBAL…)
