CMake should handle Unicode CMakeLists.txt properly. 

Steps to Reproduce: 
1. $ git clone
"https://github.com/Vdragon/Vdragons_C_CPP_Libraries_Collection.git"
2. $ cd Vdragons_C_CPP_Libraries_Collection/Buildsystem_CMake
3. $ cmake ..
4. Read the output message
