[cmake-developers] Bug fix in CodeLite IDE generator

Hello list,
I found and fixed a minor bug in CodeLite IDE generator:

When generating Unix/MinGW makefiles, generate the 'make' command with the
-jN where N is the number of CPUs
The fix is relatively small (about 6 lines), here is the commit diff:
