This fails the ExternalProjectLocal test with:

 CMake Error at cmake_install.cmake:42 (file):
   file INSTALL cannot copy file
   ".../Tests/ExternalProjectLocal/CMakeExternals/Build/TutorialStep5-Local-TestExcludeFromMainAfter/Tutorial"
   to "/usr/local/bin/Tutorial".
