[cmake-developers] Patch to allow content file location to be specified

I'd like a patch to allow the location of content files to be specified. We added the VS_DEPLOYMENT_CONTENT property to mark source files as content. This will allow to specify where the files end up in the application package.

Documentation and tests have been updated.
