Description: 
A WinRT app requires a certificate key for creating package. a
<PropertyGroup>
   <PackageCertificateKeyFile>xxx.pfx</PackageCertificateKeyFile>
</PropertyGroup>
is placed inside .vcxproj to indicate the key file.
