The system I ran that Experimental build on was not the same system that 
ran the dashboard builds.
They may have been set up with different system languages (though I 
don't remember which used which).

Would that be relevant?

The compiler that I used on both systems was the same.

Another difference would be that the dashboard build was using launchers.
Could that change behavior?

I'll try running the cmake testsuite on the dashboard client itself 
tomorrow.
