Summary:                    FindGTK2.cmake fails to find GTK with Quartz backend
Description: 
If you compile gtk2 on Mac OS using MacPorts, you may choose between the x11 and
the quartz backend. While FindGTK2 detects gtk2+x11 correctly, it doesn't find
gtk2+quartz. The attached patch adds support for gtk2+quartz.
