There are bugs with patches attached to them yet, probably lost in the
deluge. Having patches ignored (not even rejected) is, IMO, one of the
more demoralizing things when contributing to new projects. It would
also help to pinpoint the easy bugs to tackle.

If folks are going to be going through bugs *anyways*, tagging as you're
looking for easy-to-close bugs wouldn't be that hard.
