Done, see the configure_file-drop-IMMEDIATE topic
I removed IMMEDIATE also from Tests and Utilities. I left it only in
Source/kwsys/CMakeLists.txt, since the hook complained that it should be
contributed to the KWSys repository, and I'm not sure if it should be
done yet...
