Summary:                    MemCheck timing may report negative time
Description: 
The time reported for a very fast memcheck run can be negative, as seen here:

http://open.cdash.org/testDetails.php?test=189358402&build=2899692

Random guess: this is a clock scew problem between 2 processors in the machine,
and the time used for the test is really _extremely_ low here.
