Summary:                    Module suggestion
Description: 
I don't know whether it's allowed to post module suggestions here, but it would
be nice if you add these modules or something that would provide the same
funcionality (see attachments).

So basically they contain the following functions:

add_target_compile_flags(target flag1 [flag2 ...])
add_target_link_flags(target flag1 [flag2 ...])
add_target_definitions(target def1 [def2 ...])
add_target_include_dirs(target dir1 [dir2 ...])
