Summary:                    Ninja: Support new, faster header dependency
handling
Description: 
A newer, supposedly faster way of header dependency handling was added to Ninja
in version 1.3.0. (see
https://groups.google.com/d/msg/ninja-build/v8FTKNcY87Q/noQq1N2m8FoJ and
http://martine.github.io/ninja/manual.html#ref_headers). It would be great if
CMake would support that.
