[cmake-developers] [Off Topic] test of tarball attachment

For some time Bill and Brad (and possibly others here) have not been
able to receive tarball attachments I sent to this list, but after a
lot of guesswork and failed tests a recent test succeeded with Bill
when I changed the assigned mime type of that attachment from
application/octet-stream to application/x-gtar-compressed.  This is a
test that solution works in general when the attachment is sent via
this list without specifying their specific e-mail addresses as well.
