[cmake-developers] What's still cooking in my clone

I was planning on creating the RC1 on the 30th as the goal is to have
2.8.11 RC1 out by the end of January. As long as we can get the topic into
master and have the dashboards stable by the 30th would should be good to
reach our release goal.
