[cmake-developers] Qt4Targets test failures

Hi there,

I noticed a few hours ago that the Qt4Targets test was failing on Windows 
(and has been for a few days). I didn't have time to fix it until now.

It was caused by:

 http://cmake.org/gitweb?p=cmake.git;a=commitdiff;h=db3adfc0cbed03ae18361c8bb5ec3be89d6c089b

which was then squashed into

 http://cmake.org/gitweb?p=cmake.git;a=commitdiff;h=e98799105bdb296e8d9f5b3ef5cf99bcebcafc40

which has now been merged into master. 

I don't have a Windows machine to test on, but I think I've fixed the bug in 
the fix-COMPATIBLE_INTERFACE-link-libraries branch which I've just pushed.
