Summary:                    Xcode artwork settings warning
Description: 
Creating a Xcode (Version 4.6 4H127) project with CMake results in a warning to
"Update to recommended settings". Clicking it shows a prompt to "Combine High
Resolution Artwork". Setting "COMBINE_HIDPI_IMAGES" to "YES" for all targets
(including ALL_BUILD and the other internals) solves this issue. I propose to
make it the default.
