[cmake-developers] GeneratorExpression test and MSYS

Hi,

These failures have been occuring since I merged a recent branch extending 
the test:

 http://open.cdash.org/testDetails.php?test=178132011&build=2821111

It seems that in cmTargetIncludeDirectories, either 
cmSystemTools::FileIsFullPath is returning an incorrect result on those 
systems, or cmGeneratorExpression::Find is returning an incorrect result 
(though I don't see how either could happen).

Can you provide further information?
