All try compiles using the old -DLINK_LIBRARIES:... are broken
because your change has this logic:

  std::string libsToLink = " ";
  ...
  if (libsToLink.empty())
    { old... }
  else
    { new... }

and the initial string " " is never empty.

That machine isn't stable.  Ignore that failure.
