Summary:                    Add command line options for deprecation message
control
Description: 
The CMAKE_ERROR_DEPRECATED and CMAKE_WARN_DEPRECATED variables control the
issuance and severity of DEPRECATION messages. Add convenient command line
options to cmake to set them.
