Summary:                    FindwxWidget.cmake doesn't work when cross-compiling
Description: 
this is a duplicate of http://www.cmake.org/Bug/view.php?id=11296 but for some
reason,  Miguel Figueroa has not interest to investigate the bug.

please un-assign him, or give feedback why the suggested change isn't applied!

Steps to Reproduce: 
try to cross-compile a project using FindwxWidgets.cmake, it doesn't work
because it can't find wxwidgets.
