[cmake-developers] Bugs on the roadmap

Thanks, Eike.

Note that I am not asking *who* should be looking at these bugs. I am
asking if anyone is *actually* looking at them at all....

If you are not looking at them, no need for a response. If you are
looking at them, please assign them to yourself.

If nobody replies or claims these before end of day tomorrow, I'll
move them to the 2.8.11 roadmap and re-beg for claimers again later.

Pretty sure Alex doesn't want to do Visual Studio related stuff based
