[cmake-developers] [PATCH v2 0/1] Added a generator for Sublime Text 2 project files

Here is a new version of the patch. In this version the project file
no longer includes an explicit list of source files, just simply
the entire source directory (build directory excluded).

This version also adds a CMAKE_SUBLIMECLANG_DISABLED variable that
can be used to disable SublimeClang in the generated project file
for projects where its performance is slow/problematic.
