Summary:                    display whether or not ccmake is in edit mode
Description: 
When using ccmake it would be nice when editing string inputs to show whether or
not the user is in edit mode or not. In the bottom right it shows "CMake Version
2.8.10.2" when not in edit mode and that disappears when in edit mode but that
requires the user to remember that to figure out what mode he/she is in.
