[cmake-developers] Generator expressions in target properties

Hi,

I've force-pushed my wip-target-interface branch again to my clone. I'd like 
to get some review at this point.

I also ported the modularized-boost to use it, and it passes my tests:

and I've tested my Qt 5 patch with it too, which worked fine, and I tested 
the Qt 4 imported targets too.

I have only tested on linux though so far. I'm still hoping to get this into 
2.8.11, and hoping to get it into next 'soon' for real testing.
