Summary:                    file( RELATIVE_PATH ) Result Depends On Where Build
Directory Is Located
Description: 
If build directory is under the directory containing main CMakeLists.txt slash
(/) is appended to the result but if the directory is not under the directory
containing CMakeLists.txt slash is not added to the resulting string.

Steps to Reproduce: 
Extract the files.tar and run demonstrate.sh:

sh demonstrate.sh
