Summary:                    CDash shows incorrect build error/warning count in
project view if more than one build submission is used
Description: 
CDash overwrites builderrors/buildwarnings in the build table with the most
recent number and thus only shows the number of the last submission. Instead it
should add the numbers to the old ones on UPDATE.
