Ok, I now added this patch also (and improved some others). This one case 
(fltk2) is indeed _not_ touched because I can't get of the lines here anyway: 
it searches for the headers in .../lib/fltk2 (I have no idea if that makes 
sense or not), so changing that wouldn't have changed much anyway.
