Summary:                    Use OSX_DEVELOPER_ROOT in Platform/Darwin.cmake
Description: 
The /Developer directory is being deprecated so use the ${OSX_DEVELOPER_ROOT}
instead.

I also added "/usr/local" for Homebrew to CMAKE_SYSTEM_PREFIX_PATH.
