Summary:                    Installer hangs on virgin system
Description: 
On a virgin install of Lion, /usr/local/ does not exist.

The installer for CMake does most of its work, but hangs at the end.

Steps to Reproduce: 
Start with a virgin install of Lion. Download the .dmg for CMake. Run the
package installer.

Additional Information: 
Manually creating /usr/local/bin/ allows the installer to complete.

I suggest that the installer should either fail or it should (offer to) create
any destination directories needed.
