I'm not sure this would help a lot.
Some people (distro packagers) disable RPATH by setting CMAKE_SKIP_RPATH to
TRUE.
CMAKE_SKIP_RPATH is the big switch which overrides all others. So if this is
used, we would still have no RPATH in the build tree.
