Summary:                    FeatureSummary warns if one tries to replace
description with the same string
Description: 
It makes no sense to warn user if he wants to replace package description with
the same string (e.g., as a result of calling find_package() twice).

Steps to Reproduce: 
1. Add a line like

set_package_properties(MyPackage PROPERTIES URL http://myurl DESCRIPTION "desc")

to FindMyPackage.cmake.

2. Call find_package(MyPackage) twice in CMakeLists.txt

Additional Information: 
The attached patch fixes the problem.
