Summary:                    FindICU Module
Description: 
A FindICU module would be nice. Right now there are a few ones floating around
on the net (Boost also has one), but there's no definite one that I can find
that doesn't have ambiguous licensing.

ICU is a pretty important library IMHO, so I think it's only fair it has a
module to be found.
