I have a perfectly reproducible crash on my setup. 


Steps to Reproduce: 
Run "ctest -S script.cmake" with the following script:

ctest_configure(BUILD "${CTEST_BINARY_DIRECTORY}")

Additional Information: 
Unhandled exception at 0x005da0c5 in ctest.exe: 0xC0000005: Access violation
reading location 0x00000000.
