[cmake-developers] Strange VS output file field

Drat!

This doesn't actually seem to help.  I'll see if I can create a smaller test
program that illustrates the issue.

Does anyone know of a way to figure out why VS wants to build something
similar to a "make -d"?

It would be really helpful to understand what is causing VS to rebuild
stuff.
