(again)
Description: 
Despite issue 6629, I'm using:

set_target_properties(mytarg PROPERTIES LINK_FLAGS "/DELAYLOAD:mydll.dll")

but mydll.dll is not showing up in the "Delay Loaded DLLs" property.
