Summary:                    add a "cpack_add_shortcut" function in cpack
Description: 
add a cpack_add_shortcut(COMPONENT
                         WHERE
                         ICONPATH
                         [SUBDIRPATH]) function to create shortcuts

Where:
- COMPONENT is the component name
- WHERE can be STARTUP or DESKTOP
- ICONPATH is the path to the ICON
- SUBDIRPATH is optional and only used with STARTUP: the subdir where the link
will be installed
