Summary:                    Wrong linker flag for PDB output in Visual Studio
2010 Generator
Description: 
Currently Cmake generates entry in vcxproj:
Link/ProgramDataBaseFileName
But, visual studio uses ProgramDataBaseFile (without Name). The compiler uses
Name suffix (this part is correct).

However, the map in cmVS10LinkFlagTable lists correct mapping from /PDB to
<ProgramDataBaseFile> element.

Additional Information: 
I think the line cmVisualStudio10TargetGenerator.cxx:1407 should be changed.
