Summary:                    Error Default Flags for ifort on Windows
Description: 
Please check the flags CMAKE_Fortran_FLAGS_MINSIZEREL_INIT,
CMAKE_Fortran_FLAGS_RELEASE_INIT and CMAKE_Fortran_FLAGS_RELWITHDEBINFO_INIT in
the file Modules/Platform/Windows-Intel-Fortran.cmake.

The optimization option should be /O2 for Release configure , /O1 for Minimize
Size.
