Summary: 'pgfortran' should be in the list of supported PGI
compilers
Description:
Modules/CMakeDetermineFortranCompiler.cmake should include 'pgfortran' as a
Portland Group compiler.

The manual at http://www.pgroup.com/doc/pgiug.pdf says that 'pgfortran' is
equivalent to 'pgf95' and share the same flags.
