Summary:                    A FindItstool module is missing
Description: 
itstool is a free and opensource software tool that is used in some projects to
generate documentation (as far as I know).

The projects that are using CMake and itstools are doomed to
A) hardcode the itstool executable (and hope the user has it installed)
B) include their own FindItstool file

This bug reports wants to solve that with an attached FindItstool.cmake module.
It is very basic, but as far as I know it does not need more.

Please give comments and/or include.
