All cmake docs are generated from the sources.
There is a short doc for the generator, this is in 
cmExtraEclipseGenerator::GetDocumentation().
The variables are documented in cmDocumentVariables.cxx.
The documentation for each module is at the top of the module itself.
So if you put some documentation at the top of CMakeFindEclipseCDT4.cmake it 
will end up in the module documentation.
Is this what you mean ?
