Summary:                    Compile definitions options not applied to resource
files with vc++ 2010 generator

As described here:
http://www.cmake.org/pipermail/cmake/2010-October/040157.html

"add_definitions" commands are not applied to the resource compiler with
Visual Studio 10 generator. Visual Studio 9 applies them correctly. Setting
definitions to resource files explicitly with set_source_file_properties
also doesn't work. This makes impossible setting definitions to resource
files with 2010.
