[cmake-developers] VS Plugin in 2.8.3

It seems to me that the plugin behaves slightly differently than it used to.

It used to load all the projects and the solution at the same time, now it
re-loads all the projects and then VS asks me to reload the solution.

Is this the desired behavior?
