[cmake-developers] CPack backward compat' breakage

Hi all,

When a day is bad it should be until the end...

I did break backward compatibility of CPack between 2.8.2 and 2.8.3

Any comment on this subject is **really** welcomed because I wanted
to add component support for RPM (and may be DEB) before 2.8.4
and I want to be fully criticized with sharp eyes before I go on.

In fact I already began for RPM:

or next on I pushed too.
