Summary:                    VS2010 Generator does not add preprocessor
defintions to resource compiler
Description: 
The VS2010 Generator does not add pp defs to Rescources, unlike the previous VS
Generators. This breaks projects which parametrize rc files with the
preprocessor.
I added a patch which takes the pp defs for the current config and adds them to
the rc compiler.
