Run "cmake --version" on your built CMake with this change and add that.
Perhaps

  cmake_minimum_required(VERSION 2.8.3.20101202 FATAL_ERROR)

The fourth version component is 0 for releases and the date for development
versions between releases.  Overall the version number always increases.
